Login into the Administrator using the link sent to you in your signup email.

Dashboard — > Campaigns — > Modify(click on pencil icon)

Search for the “Campaign Caller ID” field and change the caller id (by entering 10 digits, without any spaces or hyphen(-)) and submit to save changes.
