How to rename an Agent

  • Login into the Administrator using the link sent to you in your signup email.
  • Now we are going to change the agent name which is shown in the dashboard and the further reporting.
  • Click on the “Agent” menu from the top menu and click on the Agent ID which you need to update Agent Name.
  • Now search for the “Full Name” and change the name accordingly to the need and submit to save the changes.
  • You can see these changes on the dashboard if that agent is live as well as in the reports.
